Angler - Being blind in his left eye, Angler has struggled throughout his life to show compatriots, the world, his unique perspective. His images suggest an ease and surrender to the pulls of gravity, life and time. As the only son of a diplomat stationed in Sri Lanka, his view of the world has been aged and sharpened by a heightened sense of danger and upheaval. Thus, his photography strives for the 'quiet' that exist in every situation.
